Blender Underground

I can't get the mesh_inset_extrude addon to work on blender 2.57
Keeps saying it's broken.
Could any1 else try it and say whether they can get it to work or not on 2.57 ?

I've seen the 2.62 addon details which says it's broken, although I assumed that would only be in 2.62.

Other than that - no idea!

Does any1 else have any idea or has enough time to take a look at the addon?
If i don't get this working i wont finish my model to be 3D printed in my blender course.


Edit: okay, someone helped me found a way to achieve the same effect that inset_extrude does with a different addon inset_polygon and then just sizeing it up with alt+s.
