Hello Apollos,

fist I want to thank you for the great tutorials. Before I found this site, Blender was a total mystery to me. Now I am actually making progress and finding out new stuff for myself every time I use this awesome app.

I am from Germany and since there are very few german blender tutorials out there, I wanted to contribute to the community in trying to make some.

So I have some little questions: What software do you use for screen capturing (or what software can you recommend)? What is your procedure when prepairing, capturing and post-processing a tutorial video?

Bye
DeMilz

DeMilz,

Welcome to the boards!

If I may:

Apollos is out of action for a little while - but I may be able to help. I can recommend using the excellent Camtasia Studio for all your screen capture needs.

Dan

Hey, welcome to the boards.

[BABELFISH TRANSLATION] It makes happy me that I get society here as German still a little. Sign At the beginning I wanted to thank Apollos for its Tutorials, at that time still over the Comments. Then it started the forum, and I thought which can it harm something to contribute?! Which I particularly estimate here am that it goes here more familiar too, as in the enormous BlenderNation Community. [/BABELFISH TRANSLATION]

:P

Guys, although my German is rusty I do know it is better than Babelfish! Please try to keep serious discussions in English (or at least provide a translation). I know this isn't a serious post but we do have to think of others...
