with this being extended another week, i decided i'd work on something mje brought up in another thread of a water wheel.

For those experiencing crashing for fluid sim, I came across this link on the Blender Artists forum: http://mpan3.homeip.net/?blendermemory

It deals with how to get windows allocating more memory to individual apps. Earlier in this thread I remember Coyabbit getting crashes before all his memory was allocated.
