I would like to see a tutorial on how to get a camera to rotate with mouse movement. I want it so I move a bit to right camera moves bit to right.
I was looking for this and only found games made in blender that do this.

I would like 2 or 3 ways of doing it but just one will be okay for now.

Look through the camera and then press Shift + F to put the camera in fly mode.

That is not what I was talking about but Good to know Drunkjedi.
If you guys have ever played a First person shooter you move view(Aim) with the mouse.
I would like to know how to do that. I have seen it done in Blender with some script; I would think.
I would also like it so that when facing directly up or down the character will not be able to turn upside down.

Well as I was trying to point, it's actually very easy, you just have to hold the middle mouse's button...

otherwise you can always lock the view to act as in a FPS using the technique Drunkjedi pointed out.

...otherwise you can also write yourself your own script to create your own fly around camera such as in Unreal Tournament.

Here, I gave you 2-3 ways, enjoy. :)

Right...I think the confusion is not WHAT you want to do, but WHERE you want to do it...if it's in a game, it's one thing, but if it's in Blender's GUI, that's something else.
