Hey all I'm back. Greeting to all. Glad to see this site still up and running. Outstanding job Apollos and all who help.

Well, I guess I'll tell a little about myself. My name is Thomas. I grew up on the west coast of America. Middle of California next to the beach in a town called Arroyo Grande. Spent some time in the military_USMC (University of Science Music and Culture ) and an few other things from packing sheds, 7-11, security, PI, oil fields,private contractor, dock worker, bodyguard, barkeep, bouncer and so on.
In 07 I found blender and then this site started studying on my own everything about animations,modeling and so on cause I always wanted to learned this stuff.
From the time I last posted here it has been a bitch of a bad year or so. My mom passing on to Heaven, girlfriend dumping me for a rich A-hole and being homeless for awhile this last year but if you got the faith God has a way of turning shit to gold for you.
Believe it or not but now I have a roof over my head again and a shot of whiskey by my side. Working for Ozark Animation in Branson, Missouri of all places modeling a new world and animation for a new online thing I can't talk about yet but will set the standard for a new way of doing things that will affect in a good way all of us worldwide. You all will love it when we go public in a few months.
The only downside is I been learning/using lightwave instead of blender at work.(2.5 by the way rock bigtime ),
don't get me wrong lightwave cool but i rather uses blender. I think its better.
Okay that it for now you know my life history. I'm online again, have both mac and window's computers to play with

Welcome back, but alas Apollos is still MIA. If you have any way to contact him we would appreciate a sign of life from him. I fear as the days go by he is dead or worse yet the man has him.

I am sorry to hear about that.. but you never know what life has in store for you. Glad you're doing better now.
As for Apollos, Evol is right, we haven't seen him for a very long time. But we haven't given up on him.

come to think of it who is paying for the site if it isn't him. There are no aids so I assume it is not a free site. Or is it like My old ventrilo account where I canceled it and stopped paying but they left it up for another 6 months before realizing no one was paying for it.

A little bit ago I ran a Whois for this bluehost account and its "Last Updated" status was sometime in July IIRC. I don't know what all is included in "updates", but that could be payments.

Penix1 has the ability to flip the bill and already done so. He is adamant in the fact that this still remains Apollos forum and that he is just keeping house for him in his absence.

I started this topic sometime ago and hope he might show up to claim his status.
