Made a low poly wall for a little learning project with UDK.

Link to download it is here.

Looks great man. Great texture quality. My only Suggestion would be to just have both sides of the wall share the same texture. Due to the nature of a wall the player will never be able to see both sides at the same time. If they shared the same texture space you could more then double the amount of pixels you get to use on the wall.

How would i set that up? Overlapping UVs, would that cause issues in UDK and thanks. To me, the texture is rather under quality, gotta stop using HD texture mods on Skyrim lol

download doesnt seem to be working for me. If you post the Texture I can Photoshop it up for you so you can see what I am talking about. And no it will not cause any problems. If it the diffuse is looking under bad inside UDK then try sharpening the whole thing. If you are using Photoshop then the filter you need is called "Unsharpen Mask". Most game art is sharpened a lot, if it isn't then it ends up looking blured in the game engine.

Changed the download to Mediafire and fixed it, not allowed to compile the textures with the .blend on Blendswap because of liscencing stuff, although i am allowed to upload them both on Mediafire, i asked ^^
And thanks for the sharpen tip, i will try that now :D

cant open .rar files on school macs but your video was 1080p so i just took a screenshot of it off the youtube video. That and because the picture is a .jpg to get inside photobucket so the image quality to low.

This would be the better way to do the UV layout and I also sharpened the image quite a bit to help show the detail.
